About Me
I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Multicultural Women's and Gender Studies at Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas. I work as an academic advisor in the College of Visual Arts and Design at the University of North Texas as of December 14, 2023. I hold a Master of Arts in English from Midwestern State University.
Research Interests:
- The trans technology of monsters
- Anti-colonial research frameworks
- US feminist and womanist theories
- Transgender and nonbinary studies
- Disability studies and crip theory
Why Neocities?
Since I'm not on social media, I decided to create a personal webpage from scratch instead. I chose Neocities because its free service is great, it has no ads, and I can build my site myself. (That said, I'm still learning HTML so it's currently a work in progress!)
